Return & Refund Policy

Sun and Sea wants you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receipt. Provided the product is in original condition, unused, unwashed & packaged in the original packing with tags. We will exchange, replace, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. 

Please email alex@sunandsea.com.au and advise details of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. 

Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email alex@sunandsea.com.au with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.    

Please note Australia Post do not deliver to us inside The Strand Shopping Centre. When you contact us we can provide PO Box address for return of any item.

We recommend using Australia Post with tracking as the goods are your responsibility until they have been returned.
